April 12th 2009, Day 162 Easter

So we made homemade sausage today with my stand mixer attachments. This would be the natural casing that your sausage goes in. You know the part that makes it crunch! haha, yea it grossed me out too. Too bad there's no smellovision because this really smelled like a mixture of soggy worms after it rains, and fish. I will say in the end the sausage did taste good!
